The Warren Council of the Knights of Columbus presented eight cases of “Coats for Kids” totaling 96 children-sized winter coats, to the Salvation Army in Warren. Money for the coats was donated by the public and area businesses. The Knights also presented a check for $500 from the Lou Mascaro Fund for the Salvation Army’s use for additional coats. Representing the Knights were Phil Cerra, Troy McFate and Bob McGinn, representing the Salvation Army were Capt. Angelica Spence and Capt. Gene Spence.
