Sentences handed down Friday
The following sentences were handed down Friday by Judge Gregory Hammond.
– Jamie L. Clayton, 36, of Corry, Pa., was sentenced to six months restricted intermediate punishment, including a restricted driver’s license for three months, a 12-month driver’s license suspension, Victim’s Impact Panel and 30 days in the Warren County Jail, with two days credit for time already served; 60 days alcohol and location monitoring, drug and alcohol evaluation, attendance of a Victim’s Impact Panel, a $1,000 fine, court costs and surcharges for a guilty plea to DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol – first offense; as well as fines for traffic offenses.
– Cheyenne M. Collins, 26, of Russell, was sentenced to two years, one day in the county jail, with credit for time served, immediate parole with an appropriate parole plan, required to take a parenting class, not allowed unsupervised contact with minor victims, mental health treatment, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, and 30 hours of community service after pleading guilty to endangering the welfare of children. She was also sentenced to pay
– Matthew T. Fox, 28, of Warren, was sentenced to 18 months in the county jail, drug and alcohol evaluations and to pay $5,097.25 in restitution after pleading guilty to criminal mischief. He was also sentenced to 90 days in the county jail, to run consecutively, after pleading guilty to retail theft.
– William M. Jerman, 43, of Warren, to DUI was sentenced to six months restricted intermediate punishment, a $1,000 fine, a 12-month driver’s license suspension, attendance of a Victim’s Impact Panel, and 15 hours community service after pleading guilty to DUI.
– Philip T. Pena, 38, of Youngsville was sentenced to up to a year in the county jail, 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty to theft.
– Colby J. Phillips, 49, of Warren, was sentenced to two years probation, a $2,500 fine, mental health, drug and alcohol evaluations, to attend Healthy Relationships programming, no contact with the victims, victim’s children or victim’s property and 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty to stalking. He was sentenced to two years probation, to run consecutively, a $1,000 fine and 50 hours community service after a guilty plea to harassment.
– Alton M. Swanson, 59, of Warren, was sentenced to five years restricted intermediate punishment, 30 days in the county jail, 60 days alcohol and location monitoring, 50 hours community service, Victim’s Impact Panel, an 18-month driver’s license suspension, and drug and alcohol outpatient treatment after pleading guilty to DUI and traffic offense.
– Robert M. Turner, 60, of Warren, was sentenced to six months to a year in the Warren County Jail, a $2,500 fine, 20 hours community service and a 12-month driver’s license suspension after pleading guilty to DUI – second offense. Turner was sentenced to six months restricted intermediate punishment, a $1,000 fine, attendance to a Victim’s Impact Panel, 15 hours community service and a 12-month driver’s license suspension after pleading guilty to driving with a suspended or revoked license and fines for careless driving and required financial responsibility.
– Jeffery R. Vanpelt, 59, of Clarendon, was sentenced to six months to a year in the Warren County Jail, with three months to include alcohol and location monitoring, a $2,500 fine, 20 hours community service, a 12-month driver’s license suspension and drug and alcohol treatment after pleading guilty to driving on a DUI-suspended license.
– Elation O. White, 53, of Warren, was sentenced to six months to a year in the Warren County Jail, with three months to include alcohol and location monitoring, a $2,500 fine, 20 hours community service, a 12-month driver’s license suspension after pleading guilty to a charge of driving on a DUI-suspended license.
