Club to hike Sunday

On Sunday the Allegheny Outdoor Club will be hiking 2.75 miles on the North Country Trail near Kelletville. This will be a flat hike. The group will meet at 1 p.m. at Musante Street in Warren and drive to the Kelletville Bridge to start the hike. Jim and Kim Berky are the hike leaders.

Caregivers Support

Group meeting is today

The Caregivers Support Group will meet today at 6 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, 501 PA. Ave. E., Warren. Enter the building via the Pennsylvania Avenue entrance and proceed to the Winger Parlor. The meeting is open to the public. All caregivers, and those interested in learning about Alzheimer’s Disease or other dementia-related disorders are welcome. Meetings are devoted primarily to sharing concerns and asking questions in a confidential setting. Materials are provided by the Alzheimer’s Association, Dementia Society of America, and the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, with many pamphlets and books available.
