The North Warren Pack 13 Cub Scouts honored Halit Wynn recently for earning his Arrow of Light. This is the highest rank within the Cub Scouts program and Halit has crossed over to Troop 13 to work towards his Eagle Scout rank. The Pack 13 Cub Scouts have been active for 77 years in North Warren and have about 25 scouts in the program. From left are Cubmaster Amy Wynn, Halit Wynn, and Den Leader Brian Salapek.
