Warren artist Jessica Boice has received an honorable mention award for an entry in the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society 2025 Annual Members Show.

Her painting “March Morning on Glasgow Road” was awarded an honorable mention by Juror Janine Helton.

This year there were more than 200 entries submitted by 120 artists for the society’s annual online show.

“This exhibit features the most outstanding work from water media artists state-wide, as well as outside of Pennsylvania — I truly do feel honored to be selected for one of the awards” Boice said. “My works focus largely on botanical subjects, and I try to show my interpretation of nature in watercolor, striving for a painterly realism.”

In 2023 she was featured in a solo exhibit at the Crary Art Gallery, and this April she has a solo exhibit of her works at the Lakewood Memorial Library in Lakewood, N.Y.
