One guilty plea was entered while charges were withdrawn against two during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Patrick N. Kiser, Sheffield, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and loitering and prowling at night time.

Charges including four counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and loitering and prowling at night time were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:

Alec E. Jackson, New Castle, Pa. Jackson had been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

A charge of driving at safe speed was re-categorized as a traffic offense while a count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Keane A. Zaczyk, Pittsfield. Zaczyk had been charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
