Retail theft. Aaron J. Brew, 32, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 3 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on May 2 in the City of Warren. He was also charged by Conewango Township police on May 3 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on May 3. He was also charged on May 5 by Conewango Township police with a count of receiving stolen property from an incident that occurred on April 14.
