C. Warren County — District Judge Raymond Zydonik
Rosemary Crispin, 50, Titusville, Pa., was charged by City of Warren police with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and permitting violation of title — driving without a license from an incident that occurred on April 15 in the City of Warren.
Michael J. Key, 43, Jamestown, N.Y., was charged by City of Warren police on May 12 with two counts of DUI, no rear lights, disregard traffic lane and careless driving from an incident that occurred on May 8 in the City of Warren.
Scott W. Milnes, 32, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 13 with two counts of DUI from an incident that occurred on May 11 in the City of Warren.
Paul F. Hellmann, II, 56, Corry, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 10 with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane, exceed 55 mph in other location by seven mph, turning movement and required signals and violate hazard regulations from an incident that occurred on May 10 in Pittsfield Township.
N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer
Daniel R. Garcia, 22, Meadville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 17 with DUI, marijuana possession, driving without a license and exceeding 55 mph by at least 10 mph from an incident that occurred on March 25 in Conewango Township.
Coreen E. Nulph, 43, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on May 13 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Feb. 14 in Conewango Township.
Glade Township
Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a hit-and-run accident on May 11 at 9 p.m. on Cobham Park Rd. south of Friedrich Dr. A vehicle left the side of the roadway and struck the mailbox at 905 Cobham Park Road before re-entering the roadway and fleeing the scene to the south.
Pittsfield Township
Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that the front door to a camp on Gleason Hollow Road was forced open and the camp was rummaged through sometime between March 27 and May 12. Police say this burglary is part of a string of burglaries on Hosmer Run Road and Gleason Hollow Road Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at (814) 728-3600.
Sugar Grove Township
Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Rt. 957 west of Dump Road on May 7 at 12:40 a.m. Stephen A. Hillyard, 40, Bear Lake, was driving a 2009 Nissan Murano in the eastbound lane when police said he fell asleep. The vehicle left the road and struck a driveway culvert which sent the vehicle airborne. The vehicle rolled over multiple times before coming to rest in the ditch. Suspected minor injuries and possible injuries were reported for Hillhard and two passengers. Both passengers were transported via ambulance to Warren General Hospital. Hillyard was cited for driving on roads laned for traffic.
