The following defendants entered guilty pleas during preliminary hearings held on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse:

¯ Brandon J. Albaugh, Warren, to possession of marijuana.

¯ Rodney R. Crandall, Warren, to marijuana — small amount personal use. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn/

¯ Cathy Dietrich, Corry, Pa., to statement under penalty.

¯ Daniel L. Harkins, Youngsville, to driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked and disorderly conduct. A count of accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property was withdrawn.

¯ Emily A. Skaggs, Warren, to theft by unlawful taking. Charges of receiving stolen property and retail theft were withdrawn.

¯ Charges were withdrawn against the following:

¯ Damon J. Cochrane, Warren. Cochrane had been charged with retail theft. A count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Timothy W. Conklin, Jr., Warren. Conklin had been charged with retail theft. A count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Jennifer E. Hazeltine, Warren. Hazeltine had been charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Tracy M. Langworthy, Warren, was held for court. Langworthy faces six counts of DUI as well as a count of not to use low beam.
