State Police probe death of woman
The Pennsylvania State Police had been investigating the death of a 34-year-old Warren County woman.
The state police Major Case Team was activated at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday to look into the death of the woman, a resident of Spring Creek Township. The victim, according to PSP in a news release, died of “an apparent gunshot wound.”
In a message posted to Twitter, troopers said there is “no believed threat to the community.”
Troopers noted later Friday that no foul play was suspected.
