Simple assault. Ashlynne R. Hughan, 24, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 18 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Jan. 11 in Pine Grove Township.

Retail theft. Carrie M. Walton, 42, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 18 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on June 3 in Conewango Township.

Possession. Chad D. Gantz, 40, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 18 with possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on May 31 in Conewango Township.

Tidioute

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to Tidioute for a report of a shattered window on a parked work vehicle which was parked in a small driveway right off Main St. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at (814) 728-3600.
