DUI. William M. Jerman, 42, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 17 with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on Aug. 5 in the City of Warren.

False reports. Nicholas G. Reardon, 20, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 17 with false reports from an incident that occurred on Aug. 14 in the City of Warren.

Bad checks. Ebony E. Reyda, 49, Corry, Pa., was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 17 with a count of bad checks from an incident that occurred on July 31 in the City of Warren.

Bad checks. Chelsea R. Rickerson, 30, Clarendon, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 17 with a count of bad checks from an incident that occurred on Aug. 9 in the City of Warren.
