Theft. Travis E. Coons, 48, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 5 with theft from an incident that occurred on Jan. 31 in Sheffield Twp.

Stalking. Colby J. Phillips, 49, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 1 with two counts of stalking, simple assault and two counts of harassment from an incident that occurred on Jan. 14 in the City of Warren.

Theft. Denise M. Livingston, 29, Corry, Pa., was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 1 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Dec. 14 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Stephanie J. Nelson, 49, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 1 with two counts of DUI and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Jan. 14 in Glade Twp.

DUI. Ryan W. Schulz, 27, Sugar Grove, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 5 with DUI and six traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Jan. 20 in Sugar Grove Twp.

DUI. Trevor A. Sperry, 33, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 5 with two counts of DUI and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Dec. 24 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Kaden J. Hotel Stoddard, 23, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 5 with two counts of DUI and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on July 4 in Glade Twp.

Possession. Ashley J. Thornton, 44, Ludlow, Pa., was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 1 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license and investigation by officer from an incident that occurred on Jan. 24 in Conewango Twp.
