One guilty plea was entered, charges were withdrawn against three while one was held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Janette M. Coyle, 51, Centerville, Pa., pleaded guilty to statement under penalty. A count of materially false written statement was withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against three defendants:

Pamela A. Devore, 43, Sugar Grove. Devore had been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Gage M. Mott-Machlush, 19, Warren. Mott-Machlush had been charged with retail theft. A count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Daniel E. Ristau, 37, Warren, Ristau had been charged with resisting arrest. Charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.

Tyler C. Harmon, 37, Pittsfield, was held for court on charges of aggravated cruelty to animals and cruelty to animals.
