The following pleas were entered during change of plea proceedings Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.

— James L. Connolly, 47, Clarendon, to DUI and four traffic offenses. Charges including two counts of DUI and

seven traffic offenses were not prosecuted.

— Ryan D. Fralick, 43, Warren, to theft by deception. Charges including two counts of motor vehicle insurance fraud and theft by deception were not prosecuted.

— Matthew N. Goon, 32, Jamestown, NY, to defiant trespass. A count of retail theft was not prosecuted. At a second docket, Goon pleaded guilty to retail theft while a count of defiant trespass was not prosecuted.

— Brent A. Haehn, 46, to terroristic threats and two counts of simple assault. Charges including two counts of terroristic threats, two counts of simple assault and four counts of harassment were not prosecuted.

— James T. Kerle, 26, Strattanville, Pa., to terroristic threats and resisting arrest. Charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, defiant trespass and public drunkenness were not prosecuted.

— Trevor S. Menteer, 44, Ludlow, Pa., to DUI and driving on a suspended license. A count of DUI was not prosecuted.

— Connor M. Wescoat, 20, Pleasantville, to terroristic threats and simple assault. Charges of recklessly endangering another person and harassment were not prosecuted.
