Strangulation. Michael R. Miller, 46, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 4 with strangulation and harassment from an incident that occurred on Aug. 4 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Ryan M. English, 31, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 2 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and seven counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Aug. 2 in Farmington Twp.

DUI. Jonathan D. Harris, 55, Irvine, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 1 with two counts of DUI and nine traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on July 11 in Pleasant Twp. Harris was also charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 3 with two counts of DUI and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Aug. 2 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Dustin G. Etter, 28, Windham, Me., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 1 with four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on July 8 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Possession. Michael J. Fitzgerald, 45, Clarendon, was charged by Conewango Township police on July 31 with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on July 30 in Conewango Twp.

Assault. John F. Miller, 64, Pittsfield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 1 with simple assault from an incident that occurred on July 3 in Pittsfield Twp.

Trespass. Katelin D. Smith, 30, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 1 with criminal trespass from an incident that occurred on Aug. 1 in the City of Warren.

Assault. Kyle J. Thompson, 31, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 31 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on July 31 in Sheffield Twp.
