Possession. Tristin J. Johnson, 28, Clarendon, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 5 with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Aug. 3 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Walter Morse, 45, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 5 with two counts of DUI and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on July 11 in the City of Warren.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

DUI. Robert W. Dorrion, 61, Tiona, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 5 with two counts of DUI and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on July 11 in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Kelly L. Lucks, 49, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 6 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on May 24 in Conewango Twp.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police said in a release on Monday that troopers responded to a crash that occurred on July 13. An unknown vehicle left the roadway and struck a PennDOT sign before fleeing the scene.
