Trespass. Carol S. Keith, 73, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 15 with defiant trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Aug. 10 in the City of Warren.
Flight to avoid apprehension. Shawn Moore, 34, Russell, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 19 with flight to avoid apprehension and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Aug. 15 in the City of Warren.
