Harassment. Gardina R. Akins, 23, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 19 with harassment and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Aug. 1 in the City of Warren.

Trespass. Carol S. Keith, 73, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 15 with defiant trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Aug. 10 in the City of Warren.

Flight to avoid apprehension. Shawn Moore, 34, Russell, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 19 with flight to avoid apprehension and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Aug. 15 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Michael E. Smith, 50, Clarendon, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 19 with two counts of DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Aug. 11 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Patrick L. Smith, 42, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 15 with two counts of DUI and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on July 25 in the City of Warren.

Retail theft. Donald R. Kendricks, 58, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 15 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Aug. 14 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Kylee C. Madigan, 23, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 15 with two counts of DUI and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on July 30 in Deerfield Twp.

Theft. Codie A. Miller, 37, Youngsville, was charged by Youngsville police on Aug. 19 with theft from an incident that occurred on Aug. 15 in Youngsville Borough.

DUI. Hipolito J. Pacheco, 41, Youngsville, was charged by Youngsville police on Aug. 20 with DUI, possession of a controlled substance, four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on July 19 in Youngsville Borough.
