–Possession. Scottlynn R. Hackley, 19, Sugar Grove, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 28 with possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Aug. 23 in the City of Warren.

–Assault. Amanda R. Havle, 45, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 26 with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and harassment from an incident that occurred on Aug. 26 in Conewango Township.

–Resisting arrest. Douglas S. Lawson, Jr., 43, North Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 23 with resisting arrest, hindering apprehension, possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Aug. 23 in Conewango Township.

–Possession. Kira D. Nudd, 53, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 28 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Aug. 18 in the City of Warren.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

–Theft. Vincent C. Brown, Jr., 44, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 26 with theft by deception and receiving stolen property from an incident that occurred on Aug. 25 in Conewango Township.

–Theft. Timothy A. Cope, Jr., 33, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 23 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Aug. 14 in Conewango Township.

–Theft. Mary R. Dickson, 33, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 26 with retail theft and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Aug. 15 in Conewango Township.

DUI. Charles M.R. Wilson, 53, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 26 with two counts of DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Aug. 27 in Conewango Township.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

–Possession. Kori L. Smith, 43, Spartansburg, Pa., was charged by Youngsville police on Aug. 27 with possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of marijuana and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Aug. 22 in Youngsville Borough.
