Possession. Jonna M. Arnold, 37, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 17 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Aug. 22 in Sheffield Twp.

Terroristic threats. James E. Bondarek, 27, Irvine, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 12 with terroristic threats from an incident that occurred on Sept. 7 in the City of Warren.

Harassment. James C. Ecklund, 52, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 16 with harassment from an incident that occurred on Sept. 10 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Lester Jukes, Jr., 34, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 16 with two counts of DUI and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Aug. 22 in the City of Warren.

Trespass. Carol S. Keith, 73, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 10 with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and harassment from an incident that occurred on Sept. 6 in the City of Warren.

Theft. Christopher C. Nelson, 45, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 11 with theft from an incident that occurred on July 21 in Sheffield Twp.

Simple assault. Jeffrey Wright, 39, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 16 with simple assault from an incident that occurred on Sept. 13 in the City of Warren.

Fleeing or eluding. Seth D. Clark, 32, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 10 with fleeing or attempting to elude police and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Sept. 6 in Conewango Twp.

Failure to register. Christopher S. Frederick, 59, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 11 with failing to register with state police and failing to verify an address or be photographed from an incident that occurred on Aug. 26 in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Andrew C. Lord, 24, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 10 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Sept. 5 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Jordan C. Tuttle, 18, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 12 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Aug. 14 in Glade Twp.

DUI. Andrew S. Vik, 33, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 12 with two counts of DUI and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Aug. 25 in Farmington Twp.

Possession. Ricky L. Houghwot, 44, Frewsburg, N.Y., was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 10 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Sept. 2 in Freehold Twp.

Disorderly conduct. Melissa F. Lycett, 23, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept 17 with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on Sept. 16 in the City of Warren.
