Sentences handed down in county court

The following sentences were handed down last Friday at the Warren County Courthouse before Judge Gregory Hammond.

Michael D. Booser, 56, Erie, Pa., to a seven year sentence including 12 months house arrest, admission to treatment court, drug and alcohol treatment, $3,750 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 50 hours of community service and an 18 month license suspension as well as $108 for speeding, $70 for a registration card violation and $345 for operating a vehicle without a required financial responsibility.

Timothy S. Cornell, 57, Warren, to one year probation, $2,625 in fines and fees, 20 hours of community service and a 12 month license suspension on a count of driving on a DUI-suspended license as well as six months to one year incarceration with credit for 136 days time served, $2,875 in fines and fees, 20 hours of community service, a 12 month license suspension and mental health treatment on a count of driving on a DUI-suspended license.

Aaron M. Fockler, 25, Farrell, Pa., to 33 days to one year incarceration with credit for 33 days time served, $375 in fines and fees, $63,000 in restitution, a no contact/no trespass order, 15 hours of community service and mental health treatment on a count of conspiracy (criminal mischief).

Edward L. Nolte, 51, Corry, Pa., to seven months to two years less one day incarceration with credit for 137 days time served, $375 in fines and fees, $380 in restitution, submission of a DNA sample, to undergo drug and alcohol and mental health evaluations and comply with recommendations, a no contact/no trespass order, 30 hours of community service and anger management programming on a count of terroristic threats.

Christopher M. Walton, 44, Warren, to 24 to 60 months incarceration with credit for 112 days time served, $375 in fines and fees, a no contact/trespass order, submission of a DNA sample and to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and mental health evaluation and comply with recommendations on a count of terroristic threats as well as six to 18 months incarceration on a count of simple assault.
