Three bench warrants were issued and one person pleaded innocent during arraignment proceedings before Judge Gregory Hammond on Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Craig Pearman, 51, Warren, pleaded not guilty. Pearman has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Bench warrants were issued for failure to appear for the following individuals:

Joshua A. Clark, 24, Warren. Clark has been charged with DUI and two traffic offenses.

Barry A. Seither, 32, Sugar Grove. Seither has been charged with two counts of prohibited offensive weapons, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shane E. Tuszynski, 35, Warren. Tuszynski has been charged with four counts of DUI and seven traffic offenses.
