DUI: Cyrus Lee Sears, 21, of Sheffield was charged with DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC between .10% and .16%), first offense; DUI: general impairment of driving safely, first offense; driving the wrong way, disregarding traffic lane, turning movement sand required signals and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility Oct. 21 in Warren.

Confinement of dogs. Christopher David Phelps, 34, of Clarendon was charged with three counts of confinement of dogs Oct. 22 for an incident that occurred Oct. 17 in Clarendon Township.

Public drunkenness: Brandon C. Dean, 39, of Grand Valley was charged with public drunkenness and similar conduct Oct. 22 for an incident Oct. 17 in Conewango Township.

Violation of compulsory school attendance requirements. Ryan Blakeslee of Centerville was charged with violation of compulsory school attendance requirements Oct. 22 for an offense on Sept. 10 in Glade Township.

Violation of compulsory school attendance requirements: Amanda Proctor, 34, of Warren was charged with violation of compulsory school attendance requirements Oct. 22 for an incident Sept. 10 in Glade Township.

Game Commission violation: Gregory Sesler, 64, of Erie was charged by the Pennsylvania Game Commission with tagging and reporting big game kills Oct. 21 for an incident Oct. 21 in Sugar Grove.
