Speeding. Alijah A. Brown, 20, of Sugar Grove was charged with speeding and a registration card to be signed and exhibited on demand by the State Police at Warren Oct. 30 in Conewango Township.

Byrne, 37, was charged with endangering the welfare of children, a class 3 felony, simple assault – grading, victim under 12, defendant 18 or older, a class 1 misdemeanor; simple assault, a class 2 misdemeanor; and two counts of harassment Oct. 27 in Conewango Township. Bail was set at $10,000.
