RAYMOND ZYDONIK

Assault. Walter Gramsky Jr., 54, of Warren was charged with aggravated assault attempts to cause serious bodily injury to designated individuals, a grade 1 felony, simple assault, disorderly conduct – engaged in fighting, and resisting arrest Nov. 5 for an incident Oct. 30 in the city of Warren.

Dog violation. Dien Viet Le, 38, of Warren was charged with confined within premises of owner Nov. 6 for an incident that allegedly took place Oct. 24 in the city of Warren.

DUI. Jason Paul Zentz, 48, of Youngsville was charged with DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC. .16% or more) first offense, DUI: general impairment of driving safety first offense; driving over divider, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages Oct. 19 by Warren police officer. Charges were filed with the court on Nov. 5.

Code violation. Ellen Shepherd of Warren was charged with international property maintenance code violation for unauthorized tampering on Nov. 6.

Marijuana possession: Ronald L. Sweet, 56, of Warren was charged Nov. 2 by Warren city police with marijuana – small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Code violation. Richard Shepherd of Warren was charged with international property maintenance code violation for unauthorized tampering on Nov. 6.

Assault. Suntok Waite, 79, of Warren was charged with simple assault Nov. 6 by Warren police officers.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE

Accident. Winston A. Pillsbury, 23, of Warren was charged with reckless driving, operation in a safe manner, duty to stop and provide information, operation on streets and highways, liability insurance and immediate notice of an accident to police Nov. 2 after an accident on Creamery Road in Conewango Township.

Failure to file. Laird Landscape and Hauling was charged with failure to file by Bureau of Enforcement and Taxpayer Assistance agents on Nov. 6.

Emergency vehicle. Shawn Michael Mitchell, 57, of Eldred was charged with duty as a driver on approach of emergency vehicles Nov. 5 by State Police at Warren in Mead Township.

Nuisance violation. Toby J. Fisher, 67, of Warren was cited for a nuisance ordinance violation Nov. 5 in Conewango Township by Conewango Township Police.

Unlawful devices and methods. Gary D. Johnson, 65, of Clarendon was cited by the Pennsylvania Game Commission with unlawful devices and methods on Nov. 7 in Mead Township.

Disorderly conduct. Michael Todd Winslow, 60, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct – obscene language, on Nov. 7 by State Police at Warren for an incident that allegedly took place Oct. 30 in Pleasant Township.

Disorderly conduct. Joann F. Olander, 56, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct – obscene language/gesture, Nov. 7 by State Police at Warren for an incident Oct. 30 in Pleasant Township.
