C. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE RAYMOND ZYDONIK

Speeding. Ronald J. Grube, 50, of Sheffield was charged with maximum speed limits, required financial responsibility, operation following suspension of registration, registration required greater than 60 days, restraint systems, operation of a vehicle without official certificate of inspection, reckless driving, careless driving and surrender of registration plates and cards upon suspension or revocation Nov. 12 by the State Police at Warren in Sheffield Township.

Speeding. Sherrie A. Shirey, 61, of Lebanon, Pa., was charged with maximum speed limits Nov. 12 by the State Police at Warren in Sheffield Township.

Speeding. Michael S. Cummings, 60, of Shippenville, Pa., was charged with maximum speed limits and drivers required to be licensed Nov. 12 by the State Police at Warren in Sheffield Township.

DUI. Christina Sue Boll, 23, of Clarendon was charged with DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense; DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16% or higher) – first offense; careless driving, duties at stop sign and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility on Nov. 2 by Warren City Police officers.

N. Warren County – District Judge Laura Bauer

Retail theft. Jayme Brown, 29, of Warren was charged with retail theft-taking merchandise, a class 3 felony, on Nov. 3 in Conewango Township. Brown was taken to the Warren County Jail on Nov. 11 after being unable to post $2,500 bail.

Speeding. Mark A. Short, 64, of Jamestown was charged with maximum speed limits by the State Police at Warren Nov. 12 in Mead Township.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

Speeding. Allyson K. Henry, 20, of Sheffield was charged with maximum speed limits Nov. 11 by the State Police at Warren in Brokenstraw Township.

Speeding. Lorin A. Degroat Jr., 59, of Oil City was charged with maximum speed limits Nov. 11 by the State Police at Warren in Brokenstraw Township.

Receiving stolen property. Douglas Paul Hebner, 39, of Bear Lake was charged with receiving stolen property, a class 3 felony, by the State Police at Corry on Nov. 11 for an offense that allegedly happened May 31, 2024, in Freehold Township.

Receiving stolen property. Brandon C. Dean, 39, of Grand Valley was charged with receiving stolen property, a class 3 felony, by the State Police at Corry on Nov. 11 for an offense that allegedly happened May 31, 2024, in Freehold Township.
