Code violation. Craig E. Lindquist and Katherine Lindquist of Warren were cited by Warren code enforcement officers with international property maintenance code violations for weeds Nov. 13 for a citation written Oct. 29.

Code violation. Michael Scholar of Pittsburgh was cited by Warren code enforcement officers with international property maintenance code violations for weeds Nov. 13 for a citation written Oct. 25.

DUI. Christie A. Hillard, 24, of Warren was charged with DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC.10-.16%) – first offense; DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense; careless driving and disregarding traffic lane on Nov. 13 by Warren City Police for an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 5.

DUI. Sydney C. BLair, 31, of Warren was charged with DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC.10-.16%) – first offense; DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense and driving at safe speed by Warren City Police on Nov. 13 for an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 3.

Retail theft. Christina M. Gordon, 42, of Warren was charged with retail theft-taking merchandise Nov. 13 by Conewango Township Police for an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 1 in Conewango Township.

Retail theft. Kristy E. Walters, 33, of Randolph, N.Y., was charged with retail theft-taking merchandise, Nov. 13 by Conewango Township Police for an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 20 in Conewango Township.

Retail theft. Mikaela R. Smith, 34, of Warren was charged with retail theft-taking merchandise and marijuana possession – small amount personal use Nov. 13 by Conewango Township Police for an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 18 in Conewango Township.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

Speeding. Teri M. Martin, 51, of Corry was charged with speeding, operation of a vehicle without official certificate of inspection and required financial responsibility on Nov. 13 by the State Police at Warren in Brokenstraw Township.

Endangering the welfare of children. Catherine A. Haight, 61, of Bear Lake was charged with endangering the welfare of children – parent/guardian/other commits offense, a class 2 felony; recklessly endangering another person, DUI/unsafe driving; DUI/BAC.16% or greater; disregarding traffic lane, careless driving, failure to use safety belt- driver and front seat occupant, driving at safe speed by the State Police at Corry on Nov. 13 for an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 4 in Freehold Township.
