C. Warren County – District Judge Raymond Zydonik
Retail theft. Anthony M. Spitale, 29, of Warren was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise, false identification to law enforcement officer, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and three counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia Nov. 15 by Conewango Township Police for an incident that took place in the city of Warren. Bail was initially set at $75,000 cash. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 26.

Bliss, 29, of Warren was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and six counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 15 by Conewango Township Police for an incident Nov. 15 in the city of Warren. Bail was set at $50,000 cash. A preliminary hearing will be held Nov. 26.
N. Warren County – District Judge Laura Bauer
Speeding. Ashley E. Hnath, 25, of St. Mary’s was charged with driving at safe speed Nov. 12 by Conewango Township Police.
DUI. Jonathan L. Porter, 56, of Russell was charged with DUI/BAC .16% and greater, DUI/unsafe driving, disregarding traffic lane (single), careless driving, no rear lights and violate hazard regulation on Nov. 19 by State Police at Warren for an incident Oct. 12 in Farmington Township.
W. Warren County – District Judge Todd Woodin
Harassment. Travis J. Hunt, 25, of Corry was charged with harassment/physical contact Nov. 11 by State Police at Corry for an incident in Columbus Township.
Game Commission Violation. Tyler S. Fitzgerald, 20, of Clarendon was cited by the state Game Commission with a violation of rules/regulations for equipment requirements Nov. 16 in Pleasant Township.
