Trespass. Richard F. Lauger, 75, of Youngsville was charged with criminal trespass/simple trespasser Nov. 20 by Warren city police officers for an incident that allegedly took place Nov. 1 in Warren.
Dog At Large. Jessica L. Hesch, 38, of Warren was charged with unlawful to allow dogs to run at large Nov. 20 by Warren city police officers for an incident that allegedly took place Nov. 18.
Public Intoxication. Justin K. Johnson, 25, of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct Nov. 20 by Warren police officers for an incident that allegedly took place Nov. 15.
Mail theft. Charles Rosenburg, 63, of Rochester, N.Y., was charged with theft of mail – unlawful taking Nov. 21 by Warren police officers for an incident that allegedly took place Oct. 26.

Speeding. Eric W. Sohl, 49, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with restrictions on alcoholic beverages, two counts of duty to give information and render aid, driving on right side of roadway and driving vehicle at safe speed Nov. 22 by the State Police at Warren for an incident that allegedly took place Oct. 6 in Farmington Township.

Harassment. Mikaela R. Smith, 35, of Warren was charged with harassment/acts to annoy Nov. 22 by the State Police at Warren for an incident that allegedly took place Nov. 15 in Youngsville Borough.
