Suspended license. Joshua T. Quigley, 19, of Bentleyville, Pa., was charged Nov. 23 with driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked and no headlights Nov. 23 by Warren city police.

Unregistered vehicle. Gavin R. Jache, 26, of Warren was charged with operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and driving an unregistered vehicle Nov. 27 by Warren city police.

Criminal mischief. Kevin L. Hardee of Warren was charged with criminal mischief – damaging property and harassment on Nov. 24 by Warren city police officers.

Criminal mischief. Dustin N. Schwab, 38, of Youngsville, was charged with criminal mischief – damaging property Nov. 20 by Warren city police officers.

Harassment. Krista J. Jones, 23, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with harassment/acts to annoy Nov. 15 by the State Police at Corry for an incident in Freehold Township. Charges were filed Tuesday in Magisterial District Court.
