Sopkin, 75, of Russell was changed with DUI/BAC .10-.16%, DUI/unsafe driving, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, failure to carry registration and driving at safe speed Nov. 9 by State Police at Warren in Farmington Township.

DUI. Joseph E. Duffy, 61, of Russell was charged with DUI/Unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .10-16%, careless driving, following too closely, reckless driving and driving at safe speed Sept. 28 by the State Police at Warren in Conewango Township.

Game Commission violation. Thomas H. Bailey, 59, of Youngsville was cited for tagging and reporting big game kills Dec. 9 by state game wardens in Sugar Grove Township.

Game Commission violation. Andrew E. Downs, 24, of Russell was cited for tagging and reporting big game kills Dec. 9 in Sugar Grove Township by state game wardens.

Game Commission violation. Keith S. Larson, 36, of Russell was cited for unlawful killing or taking of big game Dec. 8 in Farmington Township by state game wardens.

Game Commission violation. Conner M. Younger, 21, of Sugar Grove was cited for unlawful acts concerning licenses by state game wardens on Dec. 7 in Sugar Grove Township.
