Simple assault. Nichole V. Barrett of Warren was charged with simple assault and harassment – subjecting another to physical contact by Warren police officers following a Dec. 7 incident in the city of Warren.

Trespass. Edward E. Edwards, 41, of Warren was charged Dec. 12 with defiant trespass by Warren city police officers for an incident that occurred Nov. 26 in Warren.

Harassment. Austin Fiscus, 24, of Pittsfield was charged with harassment – subjecting another to physical contact Dec. 13 for an incident Dec. 4 in the city of Warren.

Theft. Darcy L. Nelson, 61, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with theft by unlawful taking – movable property and receiving stolen property Dec. 13 by Warren city police officers for an incident that happened Oct. 19 in Warren.
