Suspended license. Kyle Kowalski, 34, of Warren was charged with driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked and vehicle registration suspended Nov. 19 by Warren city police officers. The charge was officially filed in court on Dec. 17.
Suspended license. Lacy A. Honey, 46, of Warren was charged with driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked Dec. 12 by Warren city police officers.
Public drunkenness. Donte D. Spayde, 26, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct Dec. 14 by Warren city police officers.
Harassment. Kayla A. Hecei, 21, of Youngsville was charged with harassment – course of conduct with no legitimate purpose Dec. 17 21 by Warren city police officers for an incident that allegedly happened Nov. 21 in the city of Warren.
Harassment. Nicholas G. Reardon, 22, of Warren was charged with harassment – subjecting another to physical contact, Dec. 10 by Warren city police officers.
Clean urine. Venessa Clark of Kane was charged with furnishing drug-free urine – use or attempt Dec. 17 by Warren City Police officers for an incident that allegedly took place Oct. 29.

Suspended license. Armando Rosario, 42, of Warren was charged with driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked Dec. 13 by Conewango Township police.
Retail theft. Joseph Galati, 73, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise Dec. 18 by Conewango Township Police for an incident that took place Oct. 11 in Conewango Township.
Assault. Anthony D. Denton, 33, of Warren was charged with simple assault and harassment – subjecting another to physical contact Dec. 17 by Warren city police officers. Bail was set at $1,500, and Denton was taken to the Warren County Jail after he was unable to post bail.

Unlicensed driver. Ruan L. Doerr, 39, of Irwin, Pa., was charged with driving without a license Dec. 14 by the Youngsville Police Department in Youngsville Borough.
Game Commission violation. Walter C. Stover, 63, of Tidioute was cited for tagging and reporting big game kills Dec. 19 by state game wardens in Tidioute.
Game Commission violation. Mosie B. Shetler, 22, of Bear Lake, Pa., was cited for prohibited devices and methods Dec. 19 by state game wardens for an incident in Freehold Township on Dec. 16.
Game Commission violation. Benjamin R. Wilson, 43, of Warren was cited for unlawful killing or taking of big game Dec. 16 by state game wardens for an incident Dec. 16 in Sugar Grove Township.
