– Assault. Lillian J. Jones, 21, of Garland, Pa., was charged with simple assault and harassment Dec. 30 by Warren City Police officers for an incident Dec. 19 in the city of Warren.

– Marijuana possession. Riley Brown, 29, of Warren was charged with marijuana – small amount personal use and driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked Dec. 25 by Warren City Police officers for an incident Dec. 21 in the city of Warren.

– Marijuana possession. Mikayla Maxwell, 31, of Warren was charged with two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana – small amount personal use Dec. 25 by Warren City Police officers for an incident Dec. 21 in the city of Warren.

– Defiant trespass. Melissa A. Jones, 51, of Warren was charged with defiant trespass actual communication Dec. 25 by Warren City Police officers for an incident Dec. 22 in the city of Warren. She was charged with defiant trespass actual communication again on Dec. 25 by Warren police officers.

– Public drunkenness. Tyler R. Christeson, 32, of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct Dec. 31 by Warren City Police officers for an incident Dec. 15 in the city.

– Suspended license. Cody J. Howard, 21, of Aliquippa was charged with driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked – DUI/ARD first offense Dec. 31 by the State Police at Warren in the city of Warren.
