Quality of life violation. Rayna L. Tucher of Warren was cited for a quality of life violation Jan. 2 by Warren code enforcement officers for an incident that allegedly took place Oct. 28.

Quality of life violation. Jason Tucher of Warren was cited for a quality of life violation Jan. 2 by Warren code enforcement officers for an incident that allegedly took place Oct. 28.

Quality of life violation. Annette Gnage of Warren was cited Jan. 2 for a quality of life violation by Warren code enforcement officers for an incident that allegedly happened Oct. 28.

Harassment. Marshal D. Gruber, 21, of Garland was charged with harassment – subjecting another to physical contact Jan. 2 by Warren city police officers for an incident that allegedly took place Dec. 19.

Harassment. Dustin L. Campbell, 26, of Falconer, N.Y., was charged Jan. 1 by Warren city police officers with two counts of harassment – subjecting another to physical contact, two counts of simple assault, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, two counts of aggravated assault – attempts to cause or causes bodily injury with a deadly weapon, and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.

Hindering apprehension. Kristi L. Davids, 40, of Union City was charged by State Police at Warren with hindering apprehension/prosecution – false information to law enforcement officer Jan. 3 after an incident Nov. 16 in Sugar Grove Borough.

Game Commission violation. Todd M. Fasenmyer, 29, of Warren was cited for unlawful acts concerning licenses Saturday in Brokenstraw Township by state game wardens.
