N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER
Drug Arrest. Jason M. Pheff, 42, of Knox, Pa., was charged manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, a felony, driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance and intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered by the State Police at Warren. Charges were filed Friday after an incident Jan. 7 in Sugar Grove Township. Pheff was arraigned Friday and taken to the Warren County Prison after being unable to post $50,000 bail.
W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN
Game Commission violation. Tyler S. Fitzgerald, 31, of Clarendon was cited for violation of rules and regulations for equipment requirements by state game wardens. The citation was filed Jan. 17 for an incident Nov. 16 in Pleasant Township.
Burglary. Gabriel J. Rowles, 39, of Warren was charged Friday by Warren city police officers with burglary – overnight accommodations, a class 1 felony; person present, criminal trespass – entering a structure, a class 3 felony; and theft by unlawful taking – movable property on Friday by Warren police officers. Rowles was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Todd Woodin on Saturday and taken to the Warren County Prison after being unable to post $10,000 bail.
WARREN CITY POLICE
Seth Wardwell, 42, of Warren was cited for public drunkenness Saturday after officers responded to a report of a fall victim.
Gary Schrope, 69, of Warren was cited for disorderly conduct Sunday after he was allegedly seen urinating onto a public sidewalk by a uniformed police officer.
Kenneth Reynolds, 35, of Saegertown, Pa., was cited for public drunkenness Jan. 7 after officers responded to a report of a male passed out in a snowbank.
