Disorderly conduct. Gary P. Schrope, 69, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct Feb. 4 by Warren city police for an incident that allegedly took place Jan. 19 in Warren.

Harassment. Ralph T. Munt, 57, of Warren was charged with harassment Feb. 5 by Warren city police officers for an incident that allegedly took place Jan. 22 in Warren.

Theft Of Property. Calvin G. Smith, 47, of Clarendon was charged with theft of property lost etc. by mistake Feb. 4 by Conewango Township police for an incident that allegedly took place Jan. 16 in Conewango Township.

Retail theft. Elizabeth A. Lombardo of Falconer, N.Y., was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise Feb. 5 by Conewango Township police for an incident that allegedly took place Dec. 19 in Conewango Township. She was charged on another docket Feb. 5 with retail theft -taking merchandise for an alleged incident on Dec. 12.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

Game Commission. Chandler T. Flinn, 29, of Irvine was cited for control of property by state game wardens Saturday in Brokenstraw Township.

Game Commission. James Tedrow, 41, of Hubbard, Ohio, was cited for a regulations violation by state game wardens. The citation was filed Feb. 4 for an alleged violation Jan. 2 in Limestone Township.

Game Commission. Timothy R. Jackson, 66, of Titusville was cited for unlawful acts concerning taking of furbearers by state game wardens. The citation was filed Feb. 4 for an alleged violation on Jan. 14 in Eldred Township.
