C. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE RAYMOND ZYDONIK

Disorderly Conduct. Melissa A. Jones, 51, of Warren was charged with disorderly conduct-unreasonable noise on Feb. 21 by Warren City police after an alleged incident on Jan. 21 in Warren.

Criminal Contempt. Kyle R. Baggiano, 30 of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with Contempt for violation of order or agreement on Feb. 20. Baggiano was arrested by the Warren County Sheriff’s, and bail was set at $5,000.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

Retail theft. Renee Dodd Lang, 43, of Irvine, PA, was charged with retail theft on Feb. 19 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident on Feb. 13 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Jonathan L. Morse, 43, of Russell, was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, 5 counts of DUI: alcohol/controlled substance and cited for other traffic violations on February 19 by PSP for an incident that allegedly took place on December 25, 2024 in Conewango Township.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

DUI. Alvin S. Byler, 19, of Windsor Ohio was charged with DUI/BAC .16% and greater, DUI/unsafe driving, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, and cited for other summary offences on February 18, 2025 by State Police in Corry for an incident January 25, 2025 in Columbus Township.
