C. Warren County – District Judge Raymond Zydonik
Public Drunkenness. Christie Hillard, 24, of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct March 11 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Feb. 20 in Warren.
Public Drunkenness. Michael White of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct March 5 by Warren city police.
DUI. Denise S. Fitzgerald, 31, of Youngsville was charged with DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16% or higher) – first offense; DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense and two vehicle and traffic citations March 7 by Warren city police officers following a traffic stop March 1 in the city of Warren.
Resisting Arrest. Joseph M. Lyszaz, 40, of Warren was charged with resisting arrest, obstructing administration of law/other government functions, defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and use or possession of drug paraphernalia March 6 by Warren city police officers. Bail was set at $25,000 by Magisterial District Judge Raymond Zydonik. Lyszaz was unable to post bail and was taken to the Warren County Prison.
N. Warren County – District Judge Laura Bauer
Aggravated Assault. Antwyn Lassiter, 46, of Meadville, Pa., was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment March 6 by the State Police at Warren after an incident Feb. 13 in Conewango Township.
W. Warren County – District Judge Todd Woodin
DUI. Allison A. Nietupski, 35, of Pittsfield was charged March 10 with DUI/BAC .16% and greater, DUI/unsafe driving and six vehicle and traffic infractions by the State Police at Warren after an incident in Pittsfield Township on Feb. 9.
DUI. Domanick L. Ecklund, 23, of Warren was charged with DUI/BAC .08-.10%, DUI/unsafe driving and three vehicle and traffic infractions by the State Police at Corry March 10 after a traffic stop on Dec. 9 in Columbus Township.
Assault. Laura A. Reed, 41, of Tidioute, Pa., was charged with simple assault and harassment March 8 by Conewango Township Police. Bail was set by Magisterial District Judge Todd Woodin at $15,000.
