C. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE RAYMOND ZYDONIK

DUI. Shawn M. Zurcher, 50, of Clarendon was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .16% and greater and six vehicle and traffic violations March 27 by the State Police at Warren after a traffic stop Feb. 23 in the city of Warren.

Public drunkenness. Seth J. Wardwell, 42, of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct March 25 by Warren police after an incident March 8 in the city of Warren.

Public drunkenness. Hailey N. Corbett, 24, of Clarendon was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct March 25 by Warren police after an incident Feb. 12 in the city of Warren. In a separate docket, Corbett was also charged with harassment by Warren police officers for an incident the same day.

Harassment. William L. Tillman, 35, of Warren was charged on two dockets with harassment and public drunkenness and similar misconduct March 25 by Warren police officers after a Feb. 12 incident in Warren.

Harassment. Brandy Burton, 39, of Warren was charged with harassment March 26 by Warren city police after a March 7 incident in Warren.

Public drunkenness. Jon Chase, 29, of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct March 26 by a Warren police officer after an incident March 16 in the city of Warren.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

Assault. Michael S. Siple II, 40, of Clarendon was charged with strangulation, simple assault and harassment March 12 by the State Police at Warren after a March 11 incident in Mead Township. Siple was taken to the Warren County Prison March 12 after being unable to post a $50,000 bail set by Magisterial District Judge Laura Bauer. Online court docket information shows he is still in the county jail.

Harassment. Marshall D. Gruber, 21, of Tiona was charged with harassment March 26 by the State Police at Warren after an incident March 24 in Mead Township.

Harassment. Dennis J. Peterson, 54, of Warren was charged with harassment March 26 by the State Police at Warren after an incident March 24 in Mead Township.

Animal Cruelty. McKenna M. Cooper, 24, of Corry was charged with animal cruelty March 25 following a Feb. 28 citation in Columbus Township by the State Police at Warren.
