Drug Possession. Tyler A. Noe, 22, of Warren was charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct on Monday by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident March 13 in Warren.

Corruption of minors. Kara Wagner, 40, of Warren was charged with corruption of minors Monday by Warren police officers after an alleged incident Feb. 12 in Warren.

Hit-And-Run Accident. Jack Bergquist, 29, of Warren was charged with accident involving damage attended vehicle/property and vehicle and traffic infractions Monday by Warren police officers after an accident March 24 in Warren.

Theft by unlawful taking. Morgan A.I. Rounds, 26, of Titusville was charged with theft by unlawful taking – movable property on Monday by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident March 14 in Warren.
