Harassment. Bradley A. Carlson, 64, of Warren was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct April 3 by Warren city police after an incident that allegedly took place March 14 in Warren.

Trespass. Joshua E. Young, 43, of Warren was charged with defiant trespass April 3 by Warren city police officers after an incident that allegedly took place March 18 in Warren.

Drug possession. Thomas E. Braley, 55, of North East was charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia April 2 by Warren city police officers after an incident March 14 on Warren.

Drug possession. Sheryl L. Overbay, 63, of Harborcreek, Pa., was charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia April 2 by Warren city police officers after an incident March 14 on Warren.

Trespass. Aaron R. Benson, 49, of Warren was charged with defiant trespass and harassment April 1 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Feb. 23 in Warren.

DUI. Mervin M. Byler, 21, of Corry was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .10%-.16%, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana possession – small amount, personal use on April 3 by the State Police at Corry after a traffic stop on Jan. 25 in Columbus Township.
