Retail theft. Jesus Lehtinen, 30, of Warren was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise on Wednesday by Warren County Sheriff’s Office detectives after an alleged incident March 18 in the city of Warren.
Harassment. Brandalyn Crowl, 30, of Warren was charged with harassment Wednesday by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident March 3 in Warren.
Hindering apprehension. Samantha M. Eck, 36, of Warren was charged with hindering apprehension/prosecution – false information to law enforcement officers on Wednesday by the State Police at Warren for an alleged offense March 25 in the city of Warren.
Harassment. Tracy A. Grant of Warren was charged with harassment Wednesday by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident March 3 in Warren.
Abuse of care dependent person. Tiffany T. Keyes, 28, of Randolph, N.Y., was charged with abuse of care dependent person – strikes, shoves, kicks of attempts/threatens care dependent person Tuesday by Warren city police officers after an incident that it alleged to have taken place Nov. 27, 2024.
Harassment. Cody Hankinson, 21, of Warren was charged with harassment Tuesday by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident March 30 in the city of Warren.
Harassment. Violet J. Jones, 25, of Warren was charged with harassment by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident March 30 in the city of Warren.
Terroristic threats. James C. Ecklund, 52, of Warren was charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and simple assault April 4 by Warren city police officers. Bail was set at $10,000 and Ecklund was taken to the Warren County Jail and released Wednesday after the county Public Defender moved, and the court approved, changing bail from cash to unsecured bail.
N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER
DUI. Mackensie D. Wees, 26, of Warren was charged with DUI/BAC .16% and greater, DUI/unsafe driving, accidents involving death or personal injury, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property and nine traffic tickets by the State Police at Warren on Wednesday after an accident March 26 in Sugar Grove Township.

Harassment. Michele L. Kent, 56, of Warren was charged with harassment by the State Police at Warren on Tuesday after an alleged incident April 2 in Brokenstraw Township.
