Disorderly conduct. Julie R. Stillwell, 45, of Endeavor was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness on Thursday by Warren city police officers after an incident that allegedly took place April 5.

Public drunkenness. Dustin R. Raulz, 19, of Warren was charged with public drunkenness Thursday by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident on March 31 in Warren.

Marijuana possession. Aaron R. Benson, 49, of Warren was charged with possession of marijuana Friday by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident April 5 in Warren.

Marijuana possession. Morgan A.I. Rounds, 28, of Warren was charged with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia Friday by Warren city police officers after an alleged April 5 incident.

Drug possession. Kori L. Smith, 43, of Spartansburg was charged Thursday with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana – small amount, personal use as well as three traffic citations by Conewango Township police officers after a traffic stop on April 4 in Conewango Township.
