Dr. Dana Elmquist, daughter of John Elmquist and Jodi Elmquist of Warren, graduated in December with her doctor of philosophy degree in School Psychology through the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Elmquist began her education at the Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Shortly after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in education, she started her graduate education at IUP. During this time, she earned a Master of Education degree in educational psychology, was awarded graduate and teaching assistantships, published in scholarly journals, and presented at state and national conferences. Elmquist has also earned academic awards and honors, including the 2019 IUP College of Education and Communications Student Scholar Award. She is currently working as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist in Pennsylvania.
