A story in Wednesday’s Times Observer about proper procedure at a four way stop should have said that when a vehicle heading southbound on Liberty Street and an eastbound vehicle on Pennsylvania Avenue stop at the intersection of these two streets at the same time, the vehicle on Pennsylvania Avenue is to the right of the vehicle on Liberty Street and has the legal right of way. The story inadvertently identified the vehicle on Liberty Street as having the right of way.
