Tidioute Health Center in 2020
The Tidioute Health Center, a family medicine clinic providing care for all ages, will open as a service of Titusville Area Hospital on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020.
The center, located at 115 Main Street, will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Physician Assistant Lara Johnson, who is the provider at the Tionesta Health Center, will be the healthcare provider in Tidioute. Johnson will continue to provide services in Tionesta on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Phone calls to either center will be answered five days per week and patients may schedule appointments at either facility.
The Tidioute center is also affiliated with Oil Valley Medical Group.
Appointments are preferred. Walk-ins will be treated as the schedule permits.
Services available at the Tidioute Health Center will include:
¯ physicals and wellness exams, including immunizations, and vision and hearing screenings;
¯ acute care visits;
¯ chronic disease management;
¯ EKG and spirometry;
¯ treatment of simple skin lacerations and tears;
¯ lab testing including blood draws, and throat and urine cultures; and
¯ employment physicals including PPD skin tests.
The center is in transition from Warren General Hospital to Titusville Area Hospital.

(TAHDC) board of directors for several months,” Titusville Area Hospital CEO Lee Clinton said. “With Tidioute being part of the TAH service area, it became our mission to fulfill the request to provide healthcare. I am delighted to be able to have a presence in the community and serve the healthcare need.”

Existing patients of the office will need to sign a release to transfer their care. Existing patients, and those who would like to sign up as new patients at the center are asked to call the Tionesta office at (814) 755-3631.
