Justin T. Perrin, 23, Tiona, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 20 with two counts of DUI and three traffic violations from an incident that occurred on April 10 in Mead Twp.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on April 19 at 4:56 p.m. on Scandia Road north of Lilac Lane. Troopers say that Nicole P. Gregerson, 23, Clarendon, was traveling too fast for conditions on a section of snow covered roadway which caused her to lose control of the vehicle, which ultimately left the west side of the roadway and struck a tree. Gregorson and a passenger were transported from the scene by Scandia VFD to Warren General Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries. Police say Gregorson was also cited for a restraint systems violation.
