Investigators identify those charged in Task Force raid
Nine of 10 individuals picked up in last week’s Warren County Drug Task Force raid are expected to face charges ranging from felonies including possession with intent to deliver and firearms violations all the way down to misdemeanor possession.
Warren County Chief County Detective Tom Kibbey said the task force was assisted by local law enforcement and county probation, Homeland Security and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.
The warrant was served in the Sugar Grove area. A second warrant was executed in the City of Warren in the wake of that search.
“During the operation we seized methamphetamine, fentanyl, psilocybin mushrooms and marijuana as well as paraphernalia indicative of sales,” Kibbey told the Times Observer.
A cache of weapons were among items seized at the Sugar Grove site.
As of Thursday morning, online court records show that charges against five of the nine individuals had been filed.
That included charges against the following:
Donald Seither, 36, Sugar Grove. Seither has been charged with possession with intent to distribute, two counts of criminal use of a communications facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Seither is being held in the Warren County jail on $100,000 bail.
Mary McKenzie, 50, Warren. McKenzie has been charged with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver, possession of instruments of crime, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. McKenzie is being held in the county jail on $25,000 bail.
Adell Smith, 48, Warren. Smith has been charged with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver, possession of instruments of crime, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith posted $25,000 bail.
Miranda Roberts, 37, Russell. Roberts has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of instruments of crime. Roberts is being held in the county jail on $50,000 bail.
Erma Cox, 62, Clarendon. Cox has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense. Cox posted $10,000 bail.
Kibbey identified four additional individuals who will face charges in the wake of this incident:
Barry Seither, 31, Sugar Grove. Seither will be charged with two counts of possession of instruments of crime, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Allyn Seither, 65, Sugar Grove. Seither will be charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Andrew Seither, 33, Sugar Grove. Seither will be charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Josh Haskins, 28, Warren. Haskins will be charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
A tenth individual – Justus Fedeli, 23, Clarendon – was arrested but will not face additional charges.
Kibbey said Fedeli was “taken into custody for failing to appear for a preliminary hearing” on paraphernalia and marijuana charges.
