Pleas entered in Warren County court
The following pleas were entered during change of plea proceedings last week at the Warren County Courthouse.
Caleb J. Bean, 34, Tiona, to DUI and a traffic offense. A count of DUI was not prosecuted.
Andrew J. Brockhouse, 37, Monessen, Pa., to retail theft. A count of retail theft was not prosecuted.
John E. Lucas, 77, Warren, to DUI and a traffic offense. Charges of DUI and three traffic offenses were not prosecuted.
Grant H. Monroe, 47, Jamestown, NY, entered a plea connected to four dockets. At one, he pleaded guilty to DUI – fourth offense, theft and two traffic offenses. A second plea included charges of DUI – fifth offense, theft and driving on a suspended license while a third plea was to theft from a motor vehicle. The fourth case was not prosecuted in its entirety. Charges not prosecuted include 12 counts of DUI, three counts of receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, theft from a motor vehicle and two traffic offenses.
Jonathan M. Santry, 36, Corry, Pa., to theft by deception. Charges of motor vehicle insurance fraud and false reports were not prosecuted.
Richard E. Wilson, 53, Warren, to DUI and a traffic offense. Charges of DI and a traffic offense were not prosecuted.
